Corn

Harwood corn stands are out, so we took advantage of it a few days ago, and man is it good!! Here is Claire enjoying her first corn on the cob at Grandma Diane's houseThen Debra reminded me of a recipe we had seen on this site, and we both ended up making them last night at our seperate houses. But first I remembered this trick I learned from the Food Network. An easy way to cut the corn, is to get out your bundt pan, stick the cob in the middle whole and cut straight down, and all the kernals fall into the pan.
(I remembered to take the picture after I was all finished but you can get the idea)
So here is the finished product, they were delicious! But I was having a flash back to when I was preggo and I was eating corn fritters and they didn't settle well. So I only had 2, but Jason did love them also. We have been trying to find a good recipe or somewhere that sells corn fritters because the Sizzlers up here do not sell them. I really suggest you try making these.
