Harwood corn stands are out, so we took advantage of it a few days ago, and man is it good!! Here is Claire enjoying her first corn on the cob at Grandma Diane's house
Then Debra reminded me of a recipe we had seen on this site, and we both ended up making them last night at our seperate houses. But first I remembered this trick I learned from the Food Network. An easy way to cut the corn, is to get out your bundt pan, stick the cob in the middle whole and cut straight down, and all the kernals fall into the pan.
