Jason was given tickets to Thursday nights BYU game against TCU (Texas Christian University- I had to look it up)
We decided to go since I don't think we would ever purchase tickets ourselves, and the seats were good. Now I have to say I dislike watching football on tv because I don't understand it nor will I ever understand it. But I love going and seeing sports events live. We had alot of fun at the game! My favorite part was listening to this girl in the section next to us- now she was a hard core fan some of my favorite quotes of the night from her, " Smash his head in.... Rip his arms off.... Kill him!!!" I only took a few pictures because I was so caught up in the game that I forgot about my camera. First pic is of the team coming onto the field, then we have the traditional "Haka" & the bottom picture of is of Jay and I sporting our BYU beenies which came in handy on our long walk back to the car as it was quite nippy.

I can't believe you bought BYU beanies--- you've conformed! No, I'm glad it helped with the coldness. Looks like fun- and I totally agree with the whole watching sports live--- it's the only way to do it!

Everyone needs the experience of a home BYU game! Even if you aren't a huge football fan when they score and the band starts playing "Rise and Shout" you can't help but sing along!
I love Cougar football - there's just no way to describe it!!
We were so sad to miss the game with our 7 hour visit to the Emergency Room. Can't wait for the Utah game!!
