Random June Pictures

Claire is big enough to get on her bike all by herself nowWe had a fun day at the Discovery Park, this was her first time climbing on all the fun things- we usually just go on the swings then go home.
We went to the Thanksgiving Point Farm with cousin Seth.

Sporting a Hawaiian outfit from Randy and Jennie (it's really from Hawaii, and she finally fits into it just in time for the summer)
Dressing up as a Fairy Princess!
This kept her entertained for a long time! And was a big mess for mom and dad to pick up.
Found out she doesn't like pineapple flavored slushies
Went back to Discovery Park with Seth
It's 90º outside but she wanted to dress up in the winter clothes I was packing away
Best of both worlds, her bottle and some yummy apple juice!

My little break dancer

Last night we were watching "So You Think You Can Dance" Claire of course loved all the music and was dancing, but she really liked when the guy was spinning on his head- she tried to copy him! It was hilarious and she thought so too!

Faces

So everyone who knows my daughter, knows that she has a million different faces. We've seen alot of friends and family recently who all comment on her faces she makes.... so please if she makes one of these faces at you just know that she is not mad, it's just her facial expressions! (Luckily she has gotten over the crying hysterically when she sees a boy standing next to her or that even looks at her)
We LOVE Claire and all her many faces!

Idaho Falls- wedding

This past weekend we went up to Idaho Falls to attend my cousin Mike's wedding. Jason couldn't take that Saturday off work so we drove up with my family, we were just gone overnight so it was a quick trip.
I didn't have any new toys to give Claire in the car so I quickly grabbed this Magna Doodle that I had bought at last years christmas sales in hopes of giving it to her this year. She LOVED it! (notice she's holding the pen with her left hand still)

We made it to Idaho Falls, it was too early to check in to our hotel so we went to my Aunt Cheryl's hotel to get ready for the wedding- they had a beautiful view of the Temple, and a nice big balcony to go out and enjoy itThey had a tv above their bath tub, Jason would be in heaven so I had to take a picture for him. I honestly think this would be a dream for him! Claire is enjoying some nice cold water waiting for the wedding to begin while sitting in the hot sun.

Brenna was taking pictures as always, so I took this one of her.

The groom waiting for his beautiful bride....

They are married! Such a cute couple- Mike and Emily, Congrats! Gabriel, Abby and Brenna during the reception

Their adorable wedding cake- loved her colors, pink and brown!

The happy couple- check out those cute shoes!

Abby and Jeremy hanging out in front of our hotel- Abby went and got her booster seat from the car so she'd be more comfortable.
That night we went to dinner at Applebees then walked back over to our hotel to do some swimming at 8:30 at night. Needless to say everyone got to bed a little later than usual that night.

The next morning we drove over to the Temple and went walking around and took lots of pictures. It was a nice day, warm but there was a nice breeze blowing.
Claire found stairs that were just the right size for her little legs to go up and down. She was very very sad when we had to leave.
We then walked over to the Falls and to see the ducks.Cute kids watching the ducks and goose on the other side of the fence.
Claire did learn how to say "ducky" on this tripThis was the big Goose that Claire was trying to chase

Snake River-- look at all the different currents in the water
Claire didn't sleep too well then night before so as we were drivng the 30 minutes up to Rexburg she fell asleep but not without pulling her rubberband out of her hair first. Silly hair!
Rexburg Temple, so pretty and bigger than I thought. I know I have lots of these pictures, but these girls are so cute and so nice to wait and walk with Claire.
Finally headed for home after stopping in Tremonton to visit some friends... we hit lots of traffic. We were laughing at this speed sign which was obviously wrong as no one was really moving when I took this picture.
Abby and Brenna got to trade off sitting next to Claire. Eveytime Brenna came in our car she and Claire fell asleep. But when Abby was in our car for all the traffic she kept Claire well entertained and I am so grateful for it because that could have been a really long time with a sad child in the back seat.

Father's Day Weekend

We had a great weekend, Jason had a crazy/busy/hard week at work so he was ready for a break. Saturday night we went to Applebees for dinner with our friends (Tim and Amy), then came back to our place and played a mean game of Settlers. We then decided to go outside and use this helicopter we bought. I think we were a little too excited to use it and forgot to put all the pieces together, so we had lots of crashes with the helicopter. But after some glue and electrical tape it finally worked and we had a great time. Claire had fun looking up into the sky and watching it come back down and loved trying to run away from us because we were outside.
Sunday morning was Fathers Day and Claire got up in time to eat some breakfast with us, she was trying to pick up the OJ but failed .
Jason loves his eggs over-medium, and I love mine scrambled very well. Since we have been married I have learned how to make them just how he likes them. So I decided to do it for him this morning.
Then he got to open his presents; Claire got him some Sour Patch kids and the DVD Grumpy Old Men and Grumpier Old Men. Claire is also showing you her Kix in her mouth- isn't she nice?
Now Jason can make his own snow cones at home

My family came up after church for a BBQ

Brenna was the litle corn monster, she wanted to finish everyones corn

Sunday afternoon usually means NAPS... so here's Grandma Diane laying down with 3 of her grandkids.
Brenna then grabbed my camera and was taking pictures around my house, here's 4 that I didn't delete off my camera.

14 Months

She's 14 months old today! Some new words added to her vocabulary are ball, toes, bubble, Hi, GO, & quack quack. She also learned to jump which is quite funny because her little body can't get all they way off the ground, but she tries! Grandma Diane taught her where her elbow is and sometimes when she wakes up in the morning she'll find her elbow and say "bowbow" all on her own. She blows kisses and will give you kisses when she knows its time to go byebye. She has 8 teeth the last I checked. And also added a few signing words: smart, monkey, and cookie. She also likes to do the motions for Itsy Bitsy Spider and Head, shoulder, knees and toes.
Hapyy 14 months baby girl!
